Good!

I hated the one in Baton Rouge. Had an absolutely horrible experience and even going after never was able to recover from that bad trip.

Will be interesting to see if they are able to keep some locations open after the restructuring, and if so is Baton Rouge one of the viable ones.

Went to the one in BR several years ago, after having eaten the CaliPK frozen pizzas. The restaurant pizza tasted *exactly* like the frozen version purchased at Walmart. Big fat meh.

They always struck me as being really ambitious in selecting sites for a pretty bland concept and brand declining in prestige.

Had dinner at the one on Sherwood after I proposed to my wife. It was never crowded and better than dominos/pizza hut. That was 20 year ago...

You’re thinking of Louisiana Pizza Kitchen. There wasn’t a California pizza kitchen in Baton Rouge 20 years ago.

I dont think CPK has long at all. You can get the same pizza for $8 from a make your own pizza place, or pay $18 at california pizza kitchen.

Their pizza is OK, but pastas and appetizers are very flavorful.

I've only be a few times. Always while traveling and never at the same location twice. I never really enjoyed it. It was forgettable and simply meh.

I find the food to be terribly bland. Including pastas and such.

I've only been a couple of times, but don't remember loving it. Sucks it isn't good because I really like "California" style food. Chopped salads, bright/not heavy pastas, etc.

It was popular amongst kids, teenagers, etc it appeared.

Makes sense for it to be located in a shopping mall & movie theater.

The Baton Rouge location actually does a pretty good business, it has a nice location in the heart of Perkins Rowe
It may hang on a little while longer but that would be a prime spot for another chain to move right in.
Let's hope it doesn't become another Walk Ons.
