Agree that's probably the best location in all of Perkins Rowe.

Would be a shame if it closed from the standpoint you have almost no businesses surrounding that entire courtyard.

Would be an eerie sight. Hard to believe that it wasn’t even 5 years ago and that area was bustling with activity.

5 years? Basically a year and a half ago, that main area was completely leased, and it would get packed nights that they had Rock n Rowe or Food Truck fest.

I don't even blame them for losing J Crew or Sur la Table. I hope those can be replaced, and they probably will eventually. But I just don't understand what they are doing over there with the restaurants... Are they just going to let the spaces of Lava, Kona, and CPK (if it closes) sit until they can replace it with another big chain restaurant? Those places don't drive people to Perkins Rowe. The one place that does, Bin 77 is also your only local establishment, and has by far the best layout of any of the others. I don't see why they don't just replicate that in the other spaces.

California Pizza Kitchen - RIP

My 5 year old will be very disappointed. That's his favorite pizza.

Bin 77 does great. It also was The Grape when Perkins Rowe first opened which was a national chain as was the loft next door which was part of Wine Loft.

Texas de Brazil seems to be doing well, which is a national chain, but they could very well be an anomaly.
