Spent a couple days in town and enjoyed a few great meals!
This no arse but hopefully y'all enjoy.
Cochon Butcher
. Le Pig Mac - needs no comments always amazing
Mac and Cheese
Domenica
Roasted Cauliflower. The whipped feta dipping sauce is amazing
Smoked Pork - was delicious
Commander's Palace
Was our first time and it definitely didn't disappoint. The service is really what made it so great.
Turtle soup this was the wife's
I had the Soups 1-1-1 and all three were excellent. The gumbo was chicken and Tasso and the soup was a tomato base with shrimp and oyster
wife had the Pecan Crusted Gulf Fish. It was good but nothing to special
I had the Wild Louisiana White Shrimp which is part of the Coolinary menu. The shrimp were huge and great!
for dessert the wife has the Bread Pudding Soufflé she enjoyed it. (I'm not a fan of bread pudding)
I had the house made ice cream which was Peanut Butter and Brownie. It was amazing only way to describe it.
District Donuts
Nola Cream
Hot Tamale Kolache
Chicken Biscuit
The Company Burger
two Singles and Onion Rings

A few of those meals are the kind that I eat entirely way too fast and have to catch my breath.

I haven't had that one because I can't get away from the Gambino, which I love. How do you take a bite of a burger that thick?

It gets a little messy but well worth it!
