Best tasting Freshwater Fish

Brooke Trout, Rainbow Trout, Catfish, Carp, Bluegill, Bass, Perch, Pike, Walleye? I have to say that Walleye is the best tasting freshwater fish.

Walleye. Perch is also good. But walleye is the correct answer.
Used to fish them all the time when I spent my summers up at the lake.
And my opinion matters because Wisconsin is top 4 in the country in terms of number of lakes.
