Big fan of cinnamon rolls, but haven’t found a great brand to easily bake at home. I found pillsbury, especially, to be very disappointing. What do the f&db baws recommend?

don't remember the name off hand, but there's a brand that sells at target in the freezer section that has 5 or 6 rolls in a circular metal pan that you put in the oven. Takes about 30 minutes to cook. They're awesome for a store bought roll.

One tip I can recommend is to buy ceylon instead of cassia. Ceylon cinnamon is far superior to cassia cinnamon. The flavor and aroma are much more intense. Cassia is the typical thick rolled bark that's hard to break & ceylon is thin fragile layers rolled like a cigar that's very easy to break. Oh wait, I just saw you said cinnamon rolls. Never mind...

I don’t respect a person who doesn’t like pilsbury cinnamon rolls.

That being said, the pans of cinnamon rolls that I buy from the Walmart bakery are always on point.

I love their yeast rolls but I didn't care for their cinnamon rolls.

All the ones that come in a can are crap. I usually buy Sister Schubert’s from the frozen section, and doctor them up a little by adding some pats of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before baking.

Sister Schuberts. The kicker is if they’re frozen, they’re not that good. Leave in the fridge overnight to defrost, and pull them 2-3 min early than the lowest time recommendation. Best cinnamon roll out there. I’ll literally eat an entire pan after a big morning ride.

I think you’re referring to a Rhodes. They come in a pan as well.

Immaculate brand cinnamon rolls. I buy them at Sprouts. 5 to a can. Indulgent.

The Grands with cream cheese icing work for me. Not a cinnamon roll conniseur though.

Don't like the Sister Schubert ones at all. Besides why grab those when her pigs in a blanket are right there next to them? I can eat a whole pan of those things.

I honestly think they're pretty boring but they're the wife's favorite.
