I can’t do Richards, especially after knowing their worker was killed in the meat grinder the other day. Kind of unappealing.

As someone mentioned above.. No cutting, and the perfect size and cheap.. I'm not putting a premium sausage in a boil.. Little smokies absorb the boil flavor perfectly..

Hillshire because the casing is thinner.

I can’t believe so many people eat that stuff. It has a dish soap aftertaste.

It’s a breakfast sausage, smoked. 90% of those who like it on TD are from Alabama and didn’t grow up with the good Louisiana smoked sausage.

Like someone else said. A less flavorful national brand most of the time. There is a processor out of the New Orleans area, Crescent City Meats, that makes a really good smoked sausage that is awesome in crawfish boil but you can only get it from restaurant suppliers.

Lil Smokies Trust me on this one
Wow yeah that sounds good. I don’t see why a package or two of thick center cut bacon wouldn’t be worth a shot. Take the time to sear that stuff beforehand. A pot roast or ribs really isn’t a great idea. Just scorching red hot pepper and that’s about all.

I’m a fan of Richards. Not too cheap and not too expensive. Perfect boil sausage.

Holy smoke they got literal lips and assholes in there.

You don't boil sausage! The fats make the crawfish feel greasy and grilling makes for a much better product over boiling.
