R&O's is vastly superior. So different are they from each other that they shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence.

We’ve already had this discussion 1000 times.

R n’ O’s makes the best roast beef Po-Boy in the New Orleans area.

Parkway and Russell’s Shortstop are really good too, but the one from Bucktown is the best.

I've had Bear's. Thought it was ok but no where near the best.

Well OP is talking about an Italian beef style sandwich not a classic NO one which he should’ve made clear. Cannatellas Italian beef is damn good though.

the muffs are the best in BR! They heated mine... Their boudin is the best I've ever tried. I also enjoy all the specialty cheeses and prepared foods. And I'm glad I bought some Mr. Grant's seasoning...It's a good flavor profile and not overly salty. I've been there 4 times and is getting really ...

What don’t you understand?

Everything there is the best ever! Including the boudin!

It's kind of misleading
The Canatella's one is Italian Beef and you don't find a lot of places serving those around here. It is good and comparable to something you would find in Chicago area.

As far as roast beef poboys it's not really comparable to the ones you can get in New Orleans

All time favorite

World Deli in Metairie

Second Favorite DiMartino’s on the west bank.

Parkway- overrated. Bland gravy. Chewy bread.

BR loves pressing their PoBoys and they’re also into just a roast beef sandwich with gravy spooned on top at a lot of places. You gotta let it sit in the gravy.
