I’m no fan of any roast beef poboy that uses deli meat.

Good crisp po-boy bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, roast beef, gravy and Blue Plate. Any variation and you have a roast beef sandwich and not a po-boy. I'm not saying the others aren't good but don't call a roast beef sandwich a po-boy. Chateau Orleans in Marrero..
