Going to Denver with some buddies for a week starting next Friday. Are there any places that you all would recommend? TIA.

I'm definitely not an expert on Denver's dining scene, so I know others can be of more help than I can.
But I will say that I love going to Osteria Marco every time I'm in Denver. Insanely good and creative cocktails, and their homemade burrata is excellent.

La Loma for Mexican
Cherry Cricket for a burger and beer
Those are the 2 places I always go when I'm there. I was there this past summer and went to the Denver Biscuit Company for breakfast one morning and it was fantastic.

Buckhorn Exchange is my favorite, but I haven’t been there in several years.

We ate at Highland Tavern and Prohibition, a couple of DDD places, enjoyed both a lot.

Just cruise down Larimer St for a good restaurant. Ocean Prime and Euclid Hall are a couple of good spots. For cocktails, hit up Green Russell - it's a Speakeasy place down in the basement and through the lobby of Russell's Smokehouse. Great cocktails in a very cool atmosphere. Don't go in with a big group, though. They don't like it. It screws up the casual vibe.
Lots of other places in that area.
ETA: I haven't been to Union Station, but it looks like there are a few places in there that might be good.

For something casual, Tocabe is legit. Native American food. Very delicious.

I don't know about best, but when I was traveling through there, a friend brought me to this place called Ted's Montana Grill for Bison steaks. Absolutely legit. Those steaks were incredible.

Ted's Montana Grill is Ted Turner's Chain. Ted raises Bison up in Montana. His restaurant chain is his biggest customer.
They must have a half dozen or more of those in Atlanta.

Get some Mary Jane edibles and honestly, with the munchies you’ll get, it really doesn’t matter the quality of the food you eat.

For dinner, lunch, drinks or what? What part of town?
Don’t come here expecting Houston cheap and big portions. We aren’t a food town but we have decent food with good drinks and beer. Denver is a fun town.
Osteria Marco is awesome. Highly recommend Rioja also. Love Euclid Hall and have never been but Acorn is supposed to be good. Highland Tap and Burger is good casual as is Freshcraft.

For breakfast, go to a hole in the wall place called The Original Chubby's, and get a breakfast burrito with green chili, either inside or smothered. I recommended adding potato (no extra). Best Denver style green chili in the city (which is different from New Mexican green chili).
The Original Chubbys
1231 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO 80211

They serve all their menu all day, and are open until like 3 am. It's spicy as hell, but incredible.
Edit: it looks like the link shows the old building. They built a new, bigger building next door, and the old one sounds be a parking lot by now. But it's still across the street from a 7-11.
