If you want some African food I'd recommend African Grill and Bar.

Stopped there about 2 years ago on my way to Alaska.
Very nice family from Ghana owns it.
Food is amazing.

Had lunch at root down today. Lamb sliders were great. Nice beer selection too

I eat at root down every time I fly to Denver. Those lamb sliders are awesome w the sweet potato waffle fries. And yeah Great beer selection

Every year on the way to Breck, we go to Sunrise Cafe for breakfast. Green chilies all over the menu. Stuffed pablano peppers are really good too. It's kind of in the hood, but solid food.
