IMO Ancora is the best pizza in the city, followed very closely by pizza domenica. Both have great dishes besides pizza also.
Other more traditional places; pizza delicious, tower of pizza, theos ( I like it)

I haven't eaten at a lot of the favotires, but I really enjoy Dolce Vita on St Charles. by lee circle
It used to be a food truck in BR, and it was probably better in out of the truck. But i still think they have some really good pizza.
My favorite is the Siciliy, which is duck confi, peaches and a bourbon glaze drizzle.

The mushroom pizza with the egg in the center is pretty delicious..
