Which specialty pizzas have y'all tried from zeppelin?

I love the Bou-Ray pizza there, would definitely recommend. Looks like you were eyeing that one already

RZ has the best pizza in BR. Rocca is good too, but its a different kind of pizza. With kids, RZ is definitely the place to go.

I can’t get enough of the blackened chicken pizza at red zeppelin. I never like non traditional pizzas until I had that one.

Red Zeppelin and Dat'z at White Star neck and neck for me. But both totally different.

Rocca is honorable mention.

Surprised that no one ever gives Fleur de Lis a shout out anymore. Has their ship officially sailed?

I'll probably get slaughtered here for this, but go to Fleur De Lis. It's one of the few places unique to Baton Rouge.

I won't even try to argue it's the best, but nothing else you're going to find is going to be anywhere close to being the best of whatever style any of those places are trying to do. At least theirs is unique and I still dig it for what it is.

I don't love fleur de lis, but I don't hate it.

Its one of those places that if someone brings it to me, I'll eat it. But I'm not about to go there and eat. Cash only, nasty arse old building where you can't see the light of day? Hard pass.

That place will die when most of their older customers die. Renovate the building and I bet they would be packed. Great location.

Place needs sort of a curated renovation.

Not saying it's the best, because the 2 best are red zeppelin rocca for me for sure, but just to give another option I went to eat at isabella's last weekend and got a meat pizza and it was actually quite good

Lol, I live 4 blocks away and NEVER go there! They're rude, it's feels dirty, but who can tell, it's so dark, the pizza is meh, they only take cash, it takes 2 hours to get take out, they're rude....but the beer is cold. I can't wait for it to be something else one day....

It’s always been gross there. Part of the charm.

It’s a go to.

Rotolos Craft and Crust is really good.
Zepp is good.
City Slice.

Bouray

Most of y’all ITT have probably eaten a pie made by yours truly.

Rotolos craft and craft makes a pretty good deep dish. But overall, Red Zeppelin I like most.
