I forget what day Parkway makes oyster poboys (Wednesdays maybe), but if you time it right I would get one of theirs.

I'm quite fond of the BBQ Oyster Po Boy at Brennan's Red Fish Grill.
Casamentos for the best quality fried oysters.

Crabby Jack's doesn't really look like that. I'm done with them after my last 2 visits. Eighteen dollars for a "king" oyster poboy and you get 12 measly, soggy fried oysters. I can recall back when it was Louisiana Seafood Exchange and the King Oyster poboy was crispier and about 30-36 medium sized oysters.

I'm heading down to the city tomorrow and I'm thinking of having an early dinner at Casamento's consisting of a 1/2 dozen raw, a cup of oyster stew and either a 1/2 or whole oyster loaf. Thoughts?

Parenton's has a solid Oyster po-boy and they use huge juicy oysters.

Admittedly I haven't eaten at crabby jacks in like 3 years so perhaps this is true
