Best little known hole in the wall resturant in NO?

Different people will call different places holes in the wall. I personally think many of the smaller restaurants like Mona Lisa Pizza or Red Gravy are little known because mostly locals know about them. They're not real tourist destinations like something else their size (like Central Grocery) would be.
Given that, I like Mona Lisa's pizza and I love Red Gravy's specials.. RG is farm to table so different dishes are available at different times. The meatballs and gravy are my favorite at Red Gravy.

We just did this one, some good responses here NOLA Hole in the Walls
If in NOLA, I'd go Italian Barrel or Adolfo's. Adolfo's is cash only but anything there with "Ocean" Sauce, the Cannelloni is very good INO. Italian Barrel, everything is well done but it's been a while so I can't be specific off the top of my head...

Crescent City Steak House on Broad. Filet with french fries. They are in a plate of steak butter. Awesome.

If Kenner counts I will nominate Gendusa's on Williams Blvd. Very good brucholone (sp), pizzas and other Italian dishes. Praline cheesecake and gelato for dessert. They don't have a liquor license so you can byol with no corkage.

I second Coop's. I don't know if it qualifies as "little known" , but it's definitely a a hole in the wall.
