I've heard about that. Tennessee, right? Are they new?

Yeah they’re in Nashville. I don’t know how long they’ve been around but they are putting out really great stuff.

Chief of Chiefs was my favorite I had when I was in Nashville a few months ago. IIPA.

Add Urban South to the Great Raft/GB spot and Tin Roof to the SoPro spot and I agree 100%. Tin Roof's doing good things with IPAs lately.

Bayou Teche is going to be somewhere between SoPro and Cajun Fire, but much closer to SoPro than Cajun Fire

2 years. I agree that Chief of Chiefs was the best I've had from them. I've only tasted about 4 of their IPAs though and they seemingly put out a new one or a new variation monthly.

Parish and Spindletap are at the top right now.

Then you're looking at Gnarly Barley, Courtyard, Urban South, Great Raft, Whole Foods PO Houston and B52

I've actually had Trash Panda (and Little Trash Panda). It is great, and I would put it right up there with the tier just below Ghost.

I agree with this. As a big fan of Parish, I am quickly becoming a fan of Urban South largely due to their availability of Holy Roller. It is available everywhere I go to look for beer.

Parish needs to release more of their good IPA's soon. SIPS doesn't do it for me. With all of the other breweries doing solid IPA's that are regularly available, their dominance of that market may be slipping unless they up their production
