In your opinion, which brewery is putting out the best IPA or produces the best IPAs in the South?

The best I’ve had is probably GITM. Not saying it’s the best, I don’t have enough experience with breweries in the south to form an educated opinion.
Edit: Nevermind. BigErn reminded me. Bearded Iris is the best I’ve had in the south.
