This is what Black Jack Chicken used to do as well, but since the comment above says they switched to tenders recently, that might also be the case with Buffalo Chicken :(
Bufalo chicken sandwich is still 2 chicken breast, atleast as of 3 days ago it was.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The rest is very mediocre.

I've tried this. It's good, and it comes with ranch instead of blue cheese so I give it extra points for that.
I'm one of those people that hates blue cheese

Nowhere do the numbers break more clearly than those based on household income. Blue cheese popularity spikes among people making over $75,000 in annual income. In fact, people making between $100-125k are evenly split, with a full 50% choosing blue cheese. Conversely, ranch sees its highest numbers among people making less than $25,000 annually – 74% of these people choose ranch. Similarly, we see one major correlation with respondent education. People with only a high school degree or GED choose ranch over blue cheese 74-26

A good homemade ranch is tough to beat.
Academia is so useless. Did we really need a study to know the people that like to smell their own farts prefer blue cheese over ranch?

I really like the Cajundillas. Not necessarily because of the taste (which I do like) but more so because its something different than all the other common items they have on the menu. A lot of people shite on Walk On's, but for the type of establishment they have become, I think their food is pretty damn good...One thing I don't care for though is their damn beer prices! I don't understand how they get away with charging $9-$12 per pint when other places average around $7-$8 for the same beer.

I know your response was a joke lol.
Someone did do that study though. I'm assuming

the buffalo chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken & bacon wrap are probably my two favorites as far as main dishes go. Burgers are solid but not quite as good. I like the cajundillas as well, but rarely get them over the previous options.

The burgers and spinach/artichoke dip are good

Not the best item, because i don`t really know what is anymore, but the grown up grilled cheese with those 4 huge strips of bacon isn`t a bad option. It`s too basic for most here i`m sure.
I used to like them before they expanded so much. There is nothing that stands out to me to encourage me to go there often. I really did like it back in the day. Thought it was a cool place, now its an after thought for me. I may just be missing out on a great option, so i will read other`s comments and maybe try something in the future.

Are they still on the menu? They haven't been the last couple of times I have been.

They use to have really good chicken for the buffalo sandwich. Ever since Covid supply chain issues the chicken they now use is thin and not nearly as good. It maybe just the local one that uses this chicken.
I use to get the buffalo sandwich, I now get the catfish Atchafalaya with grits instead of rice.

Every burger I've had from Walkons was pretty good. Don't remember the names/specifics but I remember always being more than satisfied.

Red beans and rice with an ice cold beer of your choice.

I always liked the "warm turkey and Swiss sandwich." I don't see it on the menu. I guess its been discontinued.
