Don't respond to the negative posts at all and just talk food and you'll be okay.

Pickle recipe?

What's the difference between pink butcher paper and any other butcher paper for wrapping on the pit?

God the more you post the more I realize what kind of person you are. I’ve worked in kitchens with morons like you. You cook bbq bro, you aren’t Grant Achatz. Shut the frick up and go back to the pit.

Why haven't you been on the proverbial bike for so long?

Low, slow, and time consuming. Keep the temp low and keep it there. Keep it there for a long time.

Do that, and you'll have a great brisket.

Come on, Gris. The guy does nothing but start idiotic, LAM threads. He's ridiculous.

What did you rub it with and what chamber temp are you running?
