Are Pork country style ribs underrated?

One of my favorite cuts of meat. Bone in or not.
Inexpensive and when they are on sale they practically give them away.
What do y’all use them for?

If I use them, I’m cooking them as is, like pork steaks. I use Boston but for everything but never do buy country ribs.

I'll grill them. It's a toss-up between just seasoned and grilled or doused in some BBQ sauce for a bit more kick and grilled that way.
Next time I smoke something, I'll be sure to season some up and toss them in the smoker too for something different.

I like them. Either on the pit with sauce or cooked down in a gravy like I would pork steak or round steak.

They’re great braised or slow cooked as you would a pork tenderloin or pork roast.

Forgot to mention, I've also used them as shish kebab meat.
I'll cut them in chunks, season them and let them sit overnight in the fridge and make the kebabs the next day to grill. They are excellent that way too.

Was my father's favorite thing to BBQ. Low and slow on a charcoal apparatus and he basted with a mixture of the Evangeline style orange BBQ sauce, butter and water. Picked up pecan limbs all day and added to the fire. I miss those.

If I'm not grilling or smoking, I like to wrap them up in alum. foil with a decent spice rub and then put them in the pressure cooker. They come up super fall-apart tender and not as much fat on them as on a Boston butt.

Oven BBQ on a cold, rainy day. Cheap and easy.

Me and my son love country style ribs on the grill.

I make them in the instant pot

If they are cooked long enough to be tender they are fantastic.

We have an instant pot. How do you make them?
