Manual high pressure for 45 minutes followed by natural release which will take another 15 min or so. That’s for about 3lbs

Perfect for sauerkraut.

I know many people may not like it, but I love it

Mom used to make it for my Dad

My favorite is having them in turnip backbone stew. The next is slow cooking them in a pot of baked beans on my smoker.

Boneless pork country style ribs are one of my favorite things to cook on the smoker.
250 degrees for about 6 hours, and they come out extremely tender.

I love them on the pellet grill cooked slow to temp, or cooked fast over coals. During the summer months they are in our weekly rotation.

Very underrated.
I have cooked them on the George Forman then tossed in BBQ sauce and they were great.
Monday, I cut them into chunks, wrapped in bacon, and oven baked. Dipped some in BBQ sauce and some in Chic-Fil-A sauce. Will be doing again for sure.

I usually pick some up during deer season and grill them over an open oakwood fire. They're hard to beat on a cold night in the woods.

My wife put some in the air fryer Sunday and they were great!
