Cabo Wabo Tequila - Sammy Hagar

He sold his stake in Cabo Wabo. Tequila at least. The Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo is still his.

I could be wrong but I believe he doubled down and got Guy Fieri involved as well with Santo. Haven't tried that yet though.

I like Casamigos (it’s actually what got me into drinking Tequila) but tequila purists think it’s crap because it’s infused with vanilla and other additives.

I feel the exact same way. It's probably not the "purest" expression of tequila...but there are a lot of "pure" expressions that taste terrible. Casamigos is smooth, easy to drink, and will get you feeling good...which is really why we all drink alcohol (even if you don't want to admit it). It's not my favorite tequila. But I'm not turning it down if offered either.

George Strait's Codigo is good. But someone must have told them that because the price has risen significantly. I seem to remember seeing a bottle of reposado go for between $50 - $55 a year ago. Now that same bottle is $70 - $75! It is good...but not THAT good. Particularly when you can get a bottle of El Tesoro for $20 - $25 less.

I like Teremana tequilla from The rock. It's actually pretty solid IMO

Also blue chair bay rum from Chesney. I've killed a few bottles of that on beach trips.

Not associated with a celebrity but I wonder how many people are buying Yellowstone bourbon thinking it's affiliated with the show?

I thought the Rock's "Teremana" Tequilla was pretty bad

Terry Bradshaw's "Bradshaw" bourbon is also bad.

Heaven's Door whiskey is good good. Pricey, but the barrel picks are delicious.

Casamigos and 818 (Kendall Jenner) tequilas are both delicious and very popular right now. Both tequilas are not additive free (they're grouped with Clase Azul, Don Julio 1942, etc.). People that bitch about this are probably the same people that bitch about fake boobs. The tequilas are delicious. Who cares, after that?

Maybe my favorite celebrity owned spirit would be Jay-Z's D'Usse Cognac. Celebrity whatever aside, it's delicious and worthy of sipping.

This is one of the best vodkas you can get. If vodka were distilled from an iceberg, it would be this.

BR Cohn wine is good. No idea if it's still around, went there 17 years ago in Sonoma or Napa, I forget. He was the manager for some big band, also forgot.

I've had Casamigos, Santo and Cabo Wabo and I would rate them in that order.

Bingo. It's shite.

The Rock has a mid-range tequila named Teramana, it's pretty decent for the price point
