Depends on the Hamburger and the steak. McDonald's quarter pounder over a Prime New York Strip? absolutely not. An above average burger vs. a medium well top sirloin? I'll take the burger just about every time.

I don't agree with this as I love a good steak.
But you'll have the same reaction I get when I tell people I like boiled shrimp over crawfish 99 times out of 100.

I love both...so I combined them
Ground ribeye made into some thick patties. Sous vid for a hour to cook them. Hard sear in cast iron pan with butter to crust up.
