Albertson's Briskets on Sale for $2.97/lb

They're choice but probably the cheapest I've seen briskets all year. You have to use their app/digital coupon thing. They also have a digital coupon where if you spend $50 you get $10 off. Stopped and grabbed a 18lb and it was $44. Limit 1 per person though. I like to try to stock up on a few when I see them on sale this time of year to keep them to grind/mix with venison once the season gets going.

Great price and if smoking it really makes little difference since it will be slow cooking for many hours.
Rouses had them prices at $5.99 a lb. for prime last week.

Nice price and on Game Day Saturday in Baton Rouge, get an additional 10% off if you wear a Tigers shirt, etc.

They also have a $10 off of $50 digital coupon. On the 14 lb brisket I bought ended up coming out to about 38 bucks

Prime briskets are spectacular. If they are on sale, they are worth buying. By definition, they are better than choice. You will never regret a prime brisket.
That being said, you will also never regret a choice brisket. I'm not sure why some posters are acting like choice has a bad reputation. I've never seen that on here.

Costco used to be my go to for affordable prime brisket, those times have changed. Now I buy whatever’s on sale. This weekends choice brisket did not disappoint, definitely worth $33

Yeah if you do the brisket and then add in the sirloin individual steaks that they have also, and then use the save 30, the deal is insane. I'm legitimately going to end up with 18 lb of ground beef, probably 4 lb of beef Tallow, and I'm in for less than 50 bucks

I’ve bought the Albertson’s briskets on sale before ($1.67/lb was awesome) and they have always turned out great. Although most have been good (I’ve done Costco/Sam’s prime and Alberston’s choice), the best one of the bunch was an Albertson’s choice.

How the frick do I live in the city that has Albertsons HQ and their flagship store and we never see deals like that.
