been cooking his shite for a while. it's pretty good stuff. Did the hamburger steaks recently. His catfish courtboullion recipe was really good as well.

I pretty much use his jambalaya recipe with a few of my own modifications. It's on point!

Went to school with him. He's not a Cajun by far and his recipes are full of short cuts. He's a nice dude though.

I actually think he's pretty entertaining.. im sure you can easily find some boring person to get recipes from. I like his act.

His sticky chicken looked legit, but I couldn’t stand to watch enough of his shtick to see if the recipe was decent. Poo yiy he’s an annoying boscoyo.

I think that recipe is posted on the Facebook page with the video. I follow him and ff through videos I want to watch. Sticky chicken looked simple but tasty and I’m not a big chicken fan. I was more interested in the gravy over rice. I’m a sucker for good tasting rice and gravy.

Made his smothered pork chop recipe the other night and it was delicious. But like others have said, I have to watch him on mute or just look at the recipe. Seems like a super nice guy and genuine dude, but his schtick is like nails on a chalkboard.

I agree. I like him but I get a little tired of his shtick. He seems genuine and nice though.
