He uses that same pot in many recipes and it always looks close to brand new. His cooking area is always very clean and neat, too.

Think we found the answer.

Bruh, you must a decent cook judging by those here who have cooked your stuff. But you gotta drop that clown act. You'd have way more views and subs if you did.

His recipes are pretty basic and seem to cater to yankees who want to try cajun food. Nothing wrong with that. I used a youtube video to cook tikka masala a while back and authentic Indians would probably shite all over it too.

Sticky chicken looked simple but tasty and I’m not a big chicken fan. I was more interested in the gravy over rice. I’m a sucker for good tasting rice and gravy.

It did look good. I'm going to try it out tonight. I may add a little white wine to it and then serve it with rice, carrots, and peas. I'll report back.

The sticky chicken recipe turned out very good. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, ground mustard, and garlic powder then dusted fairly heavily flour. I wanted the flour to thicken up the gravy a bit without having to add corn starch. After caramelizing the onions I added about a cup of white wine, cooked off the alcohol then added the about 4 cups of chicken broth(my go to store bought is usually Ferrer but I went with Zoup low sodium this time). It made a very flavorful gravy and tasted great over rice. I would recommend giving it a shot.

I’ve tried some of his recipes before and they came out good. His shtick doesn’t bother me as much as it bothers most people. I’m not really into the shortcuts that he takes with some of his recipes though. I guess I’m more of a traditionalist.

No Clown Act man, Just doing what I love. I show the same amount of excitement to my kids and friends. At the end of the day, It's literally impossible to entertain in away that pleases everyone. I Understand you believe by doing things differently, I'd get more views, but my views are already in the millions. How much more do I really need? I'm blessed enough.
