All my thread the other day was trying to prove was that there are plenty of guys with value in the later rounds. Especially RB this year (West, AA, Gore, muscle Hampster and even freaking Jonathon Stewart.)
All of those are starters and if, like me, you were absolutely NOT in love with the 2nd tier RBs this year, you could grab a top WR or even elite QB, and still find value later in the draft, is all.

I normally don't have a problem taking him. He is going to fall, people will be scared because of age, and wear and tear; but I took AA instead because we could only roster 3 RBs in my semi- best ball league.
He never gets hurt either, but I would take the #1 late than a guy like Giselle, who can't be trusted in a NEP offense; and having Burkhead breathing down his neck!

Don't think I disagreed. I don't take RBs high unless I can get a crack at bell or Johnson
I don't believe Gore, West, Stewart's of the world possess upside, though.
shite I've been campaigning that there are RB2 and Flex RBs (based on ADP) that are going to blow these RB1 guys out the water

Those two and Freeman are the only top guys I love. Hate the rest, but somehow ended up with a bunch of them in TDFL.

trying to guess which RB will have the biggest week for NE isn't always easy though. Gillislee, White, Lewis, or Burkhead.
i used Burkhead in a few different formats last year (DFS) and he tore it up when he got his touches. I guess I got fired up about him when it was known that Belicheck was the main one who wanted to get him.
but it could be a special teams type of involvement that he envisions and not as much as a regular RB??

I'm in 3 TD leagues and only commons are (2) Garcon and (2) AARon. Garcon was planned, AARon not so much.
We'll see. I got stock in Gillislee and Burkhead and White.

Butkhead will be a Faulk type. He's really good running out the shotgun and is sn underrated pass catcher

James White did pretty well in that role last year too, doubt they cast him aside. Going to be a maddening backfield

In one league I had the 4th pick. Got Julio, and came back with Gronk. I think in the fifth I got Tyreek.
I was unable to get Ertz because I had Gronk; but both of those players should be targeted.
I had Ertz in one league last year! Had to cut him when he went down to make roster room. Always, a year ahead it seems.
