There’s a big chance Trump flips Virginia and is actually in play (based on current voter turn out) for Oregon. A lot of people want to build Portland back. Pay attention to that state.

I don't know who called it but Fairfax County is the problem for Trump. It's easily the largest county and a Democrat stronghold. Trump has improved there but probably not enough unless the outstanding vote breaks the trend so far.
Only 55% of Fairfax has been counted.
