Rich Baris reports that Hispanics will overtake blacks for first time in US history

Rich Baris is a pollster who is a frequent guest on the War Room, he just reported Hispanics will officially be the 2nd largest voting block in the US after this election. I wonder how many black Americans who have been blindly voting for Dim politicians the past 50-60 years understands what they have done?

Blacks make up 12.5% of the population.
Hispanics make up 19.1%.

What does this even mean? Blacks haven't been the 2nd largest racial group in the US in a long time.

Hispanics are notorious for low turnout in elections. Maybe they mean they have finally reached the point where they now exceed blacks in sheer raw number of votes?

The next barrier to fall will be congressional seats (more Hispanics than blacks). When that happens blacks can thank their masters for the fall.
