You all told us after Ron dropped out that it was over

Several of you spent the next months hoping Trump would lose so that you could get your "I told you so" posts in because that was more important than stopping Dems.

A lot of you also just left the poli board and seemed disinterested in Trump winning and would come back occasionally to shite on Trump

Guess we all know to never listen to a lot of you again and yes I am spiking the football and may do it again because some of you deserve it for wishing against Trump winning after Ron dropped out.

There were a lot of doom and gloomers and people screaming anyone else wins a land slide.

They were all wrong as usual

They were wrong.

This coalition of voters DOES NOT HAPPEN without Trump. Period.

I remember being called a "Cult45" member for wanting only Trump.

It's Cult45&47 now.

I'm not one of those people but to be fair, a whole lot changed between when people were saying that and the election.

Trump wasn't even running against the same candidate by then.

The media hadn't turned on the Democratic incumbent by then.

Trump hadn't been shot and leapt up off the stage screaming "FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!" by then.

At that time Trump was running against a guy with a record who had already been elected once, not a cackling ninny—literally the worst candidate in history—who has still never won a single primary race or even a single delegate.

If you want a cookie for having been right that Trump could win, fine. I got chocolate chip and oatmeal. But neither you nor anyone else could have predicted how it came to be, and it didn't look nearly as likely back then.

I tried to tell all the dummies who were crying after the 2022 midterms that the GOPe sandbagged Trump to try to damage his influence and get rid of him for good. Trump was always going to be the nominee and was always going to win.

Now that we have 4 more years of Trump mandate, Ron being the wedge candidate will always hang over him in future elections. It was politically suicidal

Yea but even when all of that was happening none of the hardcore Ronbots came back or said much about it. Some were still secretly wanting a Trump loss and you will never convince me otherwise.

I was for Ron, but this was never true. It’s a festive, victorious day. Don’t poopoo it.

Nah...never too soon to call people out for taking their ball and going home when their candidate didn't win. I would have supported Ron fully had he won.

Lets move one, seriously. DeSantis just delivered Florida to us in a massive way.

Ron is amazing and this thread isn't at all about him. I hope he is in national politics for the next 40 years

it's wild how much they want to create enemies. Ron lost....it is what it is. And as stated in an above post.....the situation now is VASTLY different than it was several months ago.

No assassination attempts.
No Elon
No JFKjr/Tulsi
No plans for the army of poll watchers and lawyers
No Kamala fricking Harris running for President.
