Nope, Florida already has 1 million people who have the right to smoke weed by law. Desantis was talking about this weed grower company was behind this to formalized itself as an approved weed grower for the state of Florida. It is bad law.

Need to read more into that amendment, it allowed on a few MJ growers to grow marijuana which was pushed by big $$$. I think it would’ve passed without all of the BS they attached to it, allow people to buy MJ from wherever or whoever they want.

John Morgan argued for medical marijuana and said he would not advocate for full marijuana.
He was huge on the full marijuana, being the absolute frickin liar that he is and campaigned for it. If he is for it, it is crap for everyone else...period!

But the fact of the matter is... People saw through the backing by Big Personal injury ...why? Because states that have passed legalized weed have seen. Increase in accidents (and a higher % of fatalities ) compared to neighboring states. Same with children developing psychosis . Nothing improves by weed

Cultivation for personal use should be legal -- along with mushrooms. Commercial sale should be illegal and remain that way. Wanna get high? Get your hands dirty.
