He also won in 2022.. so I don't think this is a flip..

He did win 52.7% of the vote vs 52.1% in 2022 though..

So it's still a win..

the delegate prior to him was a democrat though and won 60% of the vote in 2020. it's a 2 year term.

Wait Hank was right, Guam flipped/tipped over bc too many people on the island????????? That's the first think that came to mind.
