180 pounds in the divorce. Yes, she was a robust woman, but at times I still miss the sound her thighs made when she would chase me through the house with a kitchen knife.

Lol...one of my friends dumped her BF, and I told her she lost 400 pounds of unsightly fat.

I'm down 25 lbs so far. It would be a lot more if my knee weren't bothering me. Its been frustrating.

2007-2009 I went from 240 (heaviest I’ve ever been) to 168 lbs (lightest I have been as an adult)

Mostly from dropping my college diet and rediscovering my love for running

40 pounds in 6 weeks on Trauma Trim divorce diet. Stress will knock it off of you fast. Not recommended.

I lost around 50 lbs during my last semester at college. Started to eat better and get off of the college kid diet as well as work out and play basketball, raquetball, tennis. Cut out soft drinks as well and still havent drank one to this day.

My weight hasn't fluctuated much in the past 20+ years since HS. I've lost 5-7 lbs a few times over the course of a couple of hours exercising in the summer time (obviously just water weight).

Went from 363 to 250 pounds in about 1.5 years from 2011 - 2013. Now I've spent the last 4 years gaining and re-losing the same 40 pounds several times

Went from 315 to 205 a few years back. 205lbs and a 36" waist...smallest I've been since high school.

From 180 to 150 couple of yrs back. Strength training put me at 160. Always mull over gains, but life happens.

Not too concerned with increasing strength, though I was thinking of getting December in hard before the New Year's gym push starts.
