I coached Brennan in HS. We talk. I thought it important that he has already talked BK.

Max had balls of steel in the game winning drive against A&M. That’s an innate quality and I think with proper coaching he’ll be a winning QB until Nuss or Howard is ready. So sadly I don’t think there’s a place for Brennan anymore and plus he did bail on us kind of early this year. He could of stuck with the team and entered the portal after the season

Look, I think Max is tough as hell and had balls of steel in that drive, but I do not think he has what it takes upstairs to be a good QB. He is too slow to process the D and his reads have always been really bad.
Now, Pootz deserves a ton of blame for his shitty calls, but Max NEVER seems to find his hot route when the OL inevitably fails.

Brennan was hurt, was not medically cleared and the coach he committed to got fired. Can’t blame him for considering his options.

Brennan back healthy and in shape is a much better option than Johnson and Nussmeir

I completely don't blame him either and want him to be successful where ever he goes.
I would like to see him stay and succeed because I am over Max and his inability to avoid pressure and read D's.

Not convinced he’s the best, even after this year. I think Max would thrive in an offense better suited to his skill set. Another offseason under better coaching, plus his experience I think could make him dangerous next year.

Yes - Boutte is a major priority,
And Boutte might be a real risk of sitting out like Chase or following Ricks to AL or Ohio St
