I'm told #LSU's Brian Kelly has offered the OC position to Tommy Rees and DC position to Marcus Freeman. Both are under consideration to be the head coach at #NotreDame. Big decisions on deck for Jack Swarbrick. Fluid talks occurring today:

We know. Check the other 821 threads about it. The question that needs answering is whether they accepted or not.

Rees is not under consideration to be HC at ND. He's 29 and has been an OC for a year.

Shea confirms this as well.

Two, but you're right. That has to be a joke.

Great question. Obviously to win in this current brutally tough SEC, you've got to have a wide open, multiple offense. Kelly is a bright guy, so hopefully he and Rees can handle such a task. That shite they've been running at Notre ain't gonna win 10+ games in a SEC schedule.

Offer both, make ND decide who they would rather, you get at least one. If ND goes another direction he gets both of them.

I’d rather keep Daronte than have Freeman.

Freeman is great, but he’ll likely be gone in a year for a head coaching job. Then we’re changing systems with another year to figure it out.

I get what you're saying, but even if Daronte stays, it's not guaranteed that he doesn't leave for a HC or NFL DC job in the future.

so you don't want to hire a better coach because of fear he might leave?

Why don't we just hire a bad coach -- we'll be guaranteed he stays forever.

I don't want to bang this OT 10 tonight. She'll be gone in the morning.

I'd rather take home this OT 4 and hang out with her until she gets tired of me.

Do you see how stupid that sounds?

Fickell will be coach at ND. Rees just implements what Kelly gives to him; I do not Freeman comes. I am fine with Jones.

So using ur reasoning, we should have kept O and should keep Peetz. Sure as hell ain’t gotta worry about either being actually wanted by someone else.
