Because, while the case is a lot more complicated than the Rittenhouse one (which was an open and shut case of self-defense), they don't need mob pressure for a conviction.

Judge ruled today that citizens arrest is only if they saw it happen or came upon it immediately after. Gutted defense theory of the case. Supposedly conviction is almost a sure thing now.

Because a white guy being found guilty for murder does not fit into the racist system that is oppressing black folks like a white guy getting off for killing 2 guys at a BLM “protest” does

Because those guys are going to jail...no doubt.
When the jury goes 12-0 in this case it will be hailed as the absolute perfect way the court system is supposed to work.
Kyle's case was a travesty of the justice system...how could they!...and the media knew that was how it was going to go.
I do hope folks pick up on my sarcasm at the end there.

I don't know why. It is such a clear case of racial prejudice and almost a view into the early 1900's of hysteria over crimes that got directed at a black guy in their neighborhood.

And we have all these politicians like FJB and Harris saying the justice system needs to be overhauled to get rid white supremacy embedded in our system of justice.

The left never makes a big deal about something that people agree upon.
Many people agree with the Aubrey case. There is no changing of minds.
They push good police shootings like Blake because they want to make every police shooting of a black man is incorrect.
There were no riots for the shootings that everyone agree were wrong.
There are riots when people do something wrong and the shooting was legal but they want to change minds.
In this case they want to make self defense not a valid defense. They want to make you totally reliant on the state. You know longer can protect you. The state protects you.

You think those dudes would have been ok with a white guy stealing their shite multiple times and the police doing nothing about it? Solomon was casing houses to steal from and a situation spiraled out of control because the cops refused to act.

I'm not even getting into the racial angle. I don't know if anything they did from the point they got in their truck was legal.
