The Giants and Redskins come to mind.

Just trying to be positive. It's a longshot, but it's happened.

More backup QBs have won Super Bowls than starting QBs of the Falcons, Bucs, and Panthers combined

You’d be hard pressed to call Trevor a backup

Well he’s not the starter, but is on the roster. *checks notes* yep! He’s a backup.

The game has changed a lot since then and is now offensive / passing game centric.

Guys like Jimmy G, Goff, Foles are proof you can scheme your way to the SB with a mediocre QB, especially if you have a good defense

Why fans continue to doubt what you just said is silly.

So caught up in the Brees era and doubting our elite defense and our elite coaching. I am enjoying this season more than the last 2 seasons for sure. Love it.

As a Saints fan, you outta know that Goff did not earn that trip to the super bowl

The 1972 Miami Dolphins Played from game 6 until the AFC Championship game with Earl Morrall as QB.

Of course that offense rarely threw 20 passes per game.
