Me too. I'd give her a couple shots to the face or maybe the small of her back.

When will you renounce the patriarchy and admit that strong women can do just as good a job as old white privileged (experienced) men?

Honestly don't understand why they need live firearms on sets now when they can deepfake RDJ and Tom Holland into Back to the Future.

Larry Bird & Rocky Marciano are blushing right now.

I don'care if it was a "prop" gun or not. I was shooting guns when I was 4 years old because my dad and uncles loved shooting. I shot my first full size 1911 chambered in .45 when I was 8 years old and it's been my favorite platform and caliber of pistol ever since...

But I was taught that you NEVER take someone's word that a weapon is cleared if they hand one to you. You check the shite yourself. I could break down and reassemble an M1 Garand at 10 years old... and I still to this day can. Also, I still personally clear a firearm even when my avid shooting buddies hand it to me unloaded.

I almost feel bad for Baldwin, but he's such an egotistical, liberal, narcissistic douchebag that I just can't feel sorry for him. He should be convinced of criminal negligence leading to death... but instead the media will turn this into another anti-2A talking point, and they'll blame Trump. Just watch.

So if it was a scene then it should be recorded.

Allegedly, they were rehearsing the blocking for the scene, yet to be filmed.

Libs are DESPERATE to continue defending this fricker.

Dude in the middle's argument? That might fly, were Baldwin not some unhinged loon with a prolific history of carrying on about how deadly firearms of any stripe are.

If he walked the gun control talk, then he'd be educated in all manner of gun safety, even on a set, and he'd clear the weapon himself.

I have a couple of questions. I don't know if anyone here currently or has worked in the movie industry and can answer.

1.) I would assume that the studios have a "prop" gun arsenal of some kind, so the same weapons are used in multiple productions and is just part of their prop department. Is this accurate?

2.) Why would there be live ammunition around for these weapons? Even if the studio has to obtain these weapons from a second party, where did the ammunition come from?

Her father is a well respected armorer, so I’m sure she just took over the family business.

She's a fricking ditz. She isn't qualified, and got the job only because of her father.

it goes to show these positions are in name only, for the most part.

Good for him. Baldwin reached out to a marginalized sector of the population and hired her to perform duties requiring a high level of expertise in order to maintain safety.

I'm glad that he didn't allow White Supremacist notions of "Job Qualifications" to get in his way of being Woke.

I can't wait until we allow "Woke" principles to govern the manner in which we select the professionals who will design our bridges and high-rise buildings. That will be fun. We'll be able to watch things collapse and people die, but, we won't be allowed to investigate the actual job qualifications of the person who designed the bridge or building.

My question is why was a gun fired during a rehearsal? I have a feeling that Baldwin really fricked up.

Mike Rowe's grandfather was a contractor, carpenter, and very skilled craftsman. Don't know to what extent, but Mike was very proud of his grandfather so much so that he wanted to be just like him and follow in his footsteps.

So after putting in lots of hours and hard work, his grandfather took him aside and gave him some fine advice.

Find another line of work. This just isn't cut out for you.

Seriously, Mike's message of not always following your dreams rings very loudly here. There's are reason why you don't see 350 lb ice skaters in the Olympics, or 5'2" basketball players in the NBA.

And twice, right... I mean up until now it's been reported that there were two shots.

I fully expect to find there may have only been one and it wasn't Baldwin's fault... except for his unbelievably poor 'sidearm discipline'.

Thankfully, it won't matter even if there aren't criminal charges filed. Baldwin's production company is about to be sued, Rust will shutdown permanently and he'll return to SNL for guest sketches joking about holding a prop gun.
