If it happens. He still can't go full scorched earth, it's not a dictatorship. He needs the rest of the party to play nice. He can't achieve substantial long lasting

Absolutely he will , and he was gonna do it in his 2nd term this is why it was highly important to oust him . Republicans and democrats with China created this virus and China was guaranteed they would not have any reproductions for doing so. These people are evil everyone of them except for Trump.

They won’t impeach him. Republicans will have majority in house and Senate. Only question is if it will be super majority.

If you don't think the establishment will just cheat out in the open, just remember that all 6 swing states all stopped reporting their counts at the same time until magically enough mail in ballots appeared. They straight up fricking cheated, out in the open, yet nothing was done about it.

In order to drain the swamp you first have to espouse and identify the swamp.
No question about that, Trump pulled the disguise off of all the swamp creatures in his first term. IMO his plan for his second term was to go after them guns blazing (which is why the Rinos again sucked up to their liberal buddy's and helped get Trump ousted before he could crush them too.) alas, that never happened.
I have my doubts about whether or not Trump will seek or win the R nomination once again for the presidency, or if he does run again if the same swamp Rinos will again work with the left to protect their main interest, (themselves.) But what I do know is another middle of the road typical Washington Republican politician will never win the support of the conservative voters.
We want our Presidential candidates strong, focused on conservative ideals and willing and able to stand up to the socialist party's take over of the United States. Nice guys who talk a good game and just play nice with the liberals socialists are of no use to the republican party anymore and are just liberal lite in most of our opinions. This should go for all elected officials seeking to represent conservatives in all levels of government.

It isn't the POTUS position ..... it's Congress, and specifically the Senate.
And until Americans take back their government by electing Senators that will correct the current corruption in DC , nothing should be expected to change, regardless of who is elected as POTUS.
