I just turned mine in today. Apparently HR’s emails are so flooded with exemption requests, that they can’t give a timeline on when we will get a response.

Really interested to know. My company hasn’t mandated it… yet, anyways.

Read that the state approves/denies these things, which was confusing. Then read elsewhere that the company approves/denies it. I guess it depends on whether is is company-mandated or state-mandated?

I've had friends who have submitted them where they work and they were accepted. This was at a hospital system. All were ready to quit had their exemptions not been approved.

Friend at a hospital applied for both medical and religious. Not patient facing.

Medical was approved before religious made it through the system.

I am in medical sales. Even if I would have gotten the exemption, I wouldn’t be able to do my job since hospitals have vendors by the balls.

Got the J&J Monday. Have severe remorse but I held out as long as I could. Hope the best to y’all that keep fighting and can afford to lose your jobs.

Filed mine today as well. No idea what to expect.

Would be neat if there was a site we could upload our requests and responses to see if companies are consistent.

I wonder as well if an entire company were to all submit the same requests based on one the company approved.

If someone gets fired for not being vaccinated, they should file for discrimination with their eeo!

I’m still amazed that no FDA approved “vaccine” is available and mandates are out to force you to take “at your own risk” shot with no one holding liability for side effects.

Haven't been asked to provide proof of vaccination. My wife hasn't either.

Yep. Had a friend in the military get one. He's about 2 months from retirement. They won't hardly accept any medical exemptions. I told him to got the Jehovah's witness route. Sent him some literature from one I entertained for a few hours one day when I was bored and had him join some groups on social media. He even went out and witnessed to a few folks. Said it worked.

I got mine accepted. IDK if my company is just rubber-stamping them or if my letter made a difference.

I decided to leave legal jargon out of it and only write about my sincere beliefs.

I used the anti-abortion angle. All currently available vaccines in the US have used fetal cell lines in either production or testing.

I quoted scripture about how only God can give and take a life and abortion is the gravest of sins, in my true and sincere beliefs.

I also included an anecdotal story of another time in my life that my pro-life stance required me to make a life-altering decision.

I don't have all the info at hand at the moment, but legal precedent states that a member of a particular religion does not have to believe and follow every single tenant of that religion's doctrine. I didn't have to provide a statement from a religious leader. I'm not sure how they can require that. Not everyone who believe a certain way is a member of a congregation.
