Air travel attracts some of the dumbest humans on the planet

Just watched an old lady yell at the gate workers because "they changed her gate and now her plane is leaving without her." She said printed her boarding pass at home and now it wasn't right.
Then you have the people who stand up and grab their carry-on the moment the plane gets to the gate. Sit your dumb arse down.
And of course, the people who completely ignore instructions at security and hold up the line, then stand in the way to put on every piece of clothing they just took off to go through the metal detector.
Yes I'm mad that someone is on my lawn.

Put on headphones and ignore everything around you. Travel gets infinitely better.

I agree completely. Air travel is one thing that I avoid at all costs. I will drive 6 hours to avoid a 45 minute flight.

Everything you said got 10x worse in February when the cost to fly was low and stimulus money was in the pockets of people who never could afford to fly before.

It wasn’t always like this, but it’s now only about the price, and as such has gone the way of Walmart, Dollar General, etc. Expect the same clientele, because society wanted the cheapest, and so we get what comes with the cheapest.
