… what would it be?

Conditions:

1. It has to be an object you can physically hold. No cars, etc.

2. It cannot have a practical function. No tools, etc.

3. You cannot profit from it in any way. No selling it, etc.

4. You do not have to worry about anyone stealing it no matter how famous or valuable it is.

There’s nothing I want that doesn’t have at least some practical function. Seriously, what object meets this definition?

I can hold it

It's just paper

The certificate itself is not valuable, just what it represents.

It's just a piece of paper representative of the stock and not cash

I don’t know what my final answer would be, but I always thought it would be cool to own legitimate dinosaur skull/skeleton. Like not a replica but the real thing.

No practical function.
No way to gain profit from it.

Let me get home and see what dumb shite my wife had delivered today because it will surely fit this description.
