We've both grown up in BR and still live here with our 2 year old. But having a child really makes you think a lot more about whats going on here...

She wants to move to Fort Worth, and I would rather NC (either Raleigh or Charlotte areas).

Thoughts?

Have been stationed in both multiple times. Still own a home outside of Fort Bragg (Fayetteville), North Carolina.

Move to Texas.

That's easy choice for me. Dallas is too big for me and too much traffic and no mountains within short driving distance.

NC by a mile. Trying to get there now.

How often do you plan to come back to BR to visit family and friends?

Not NC, I don't want it to turn into another Denver before I get out there.

Fayettenam is not a fair representation of most of the rest of NC.

Me, I would rather live in Raliegh or Charlotte than DFW.

Both states are so much better than Louisiana, you can’t go wrong. Noticed you’re moving to large cities though. Get more rural baw.
