I actually cooked one today with 3lbs ground beef. Some for now, some for the freezer.

Fixed a pot last weekend. On a Keto diet. It was hard as hell not to have buttered crackers with it.

Thanks for reminding me about that. My dad would sometimes eat chili over rice.
I’ve seen where some people eat it over spaghetti.

This is the way that I ate it growing up. I like it better with "Mexican" cornbread now but Fritos are also great.
