thats silly, we all know some old guy in liver and kidney failure squatting in a cave in the Afghan badlands hundreds of miles away from anything remotely resembling a modern communication system orchestrated the entire operation

Did you known that there are no shortages of drugs to treat covid? Like statins?

They reduce cholesterol that the virus needs to enter lung cells. 50% reduction in hospitalizations if you’re on statins.

Very few doctors are prescribing these. Have to ask why.

I believe the overall message, but I hate poor phrasing like this. "10 times less" is not a thing.

Assuming all of the OP is true, then what possible difference does it make if the rest of us are vaccinated or not? Sincerely, what difference does it make?

Idaho has around 300 ICU beds.
They only have staffing for around 200 apparently.

From the paper...

quote:

During April 4–June 19, fully vaccinated persons accounted for 5% of cases, 7% of hospitalizations, and 8% of deaths overall; these percentages were higher during June 20–July 17 (18%, 14%, and 16%, respectively). Using the reported 37% vaccination coverage for the 13 jurisdictions during April 4–June 19 and an assumption of 90% VE, vaccinated persons would have been expected to account for 6% of cases (close to the 5% observed). With 53% coverage reported during June 20–July 17, vaccinated persons were expected to account for 10% of cases at a constant VE of 90%; the observed 18% would have been expected at a lower VE of 80%.

With this information, let's see this same research repeated at the end of the year. I would bet we will then be tracking closely to what Israel and the UK have seen by then.

That’s been my experience. None of the clinics I’ve been to for testing are prescribing anything. One was quoted as saying “ no, we don’t prescribe anything. Its a virus. It needs to run its course “.

Yeah but you completely disregard the altered DNA, vaccine shedding, and microchip insertion that goes directly to JBE's control center. Be better.

You people are the epitome of sheep. Wanna know why?
quote:

The findings are based on an analysis of infections reported between April 4 and July 17

The Delta spike didn't even get underway in the US until July 12th. So all of your 10X bullshite, is heavily weighted by the months of April, May, and June when Delta was a non-factor. Want more proof? From your own link:
quote:

Between April 4 and June 19, fully vaccinated persons accounted for 5% of cases, 7% of hospitalizations and 8% of deaths.

However, from June 20 through July 17, these percentages were 18%, 14% and 16%, respectively, the CDC said.

They admitted that Delta doubled, and tripled the effects from the prior months, and didnt include the full month of July in their findings. They then chose to include all the pre-Delta bullshite, when the original variant data is now moot. It no longer exists

You are a frickING MORON to post this as a gotcha!!

Fun Fact: A competing study that focused solely on the month of July showed that Delta reduced vaccine effectiveness
quote:

While results indicated the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were highly effective against COVID-19 infection (76%, 86%, respectively) and hospitalization (85%, 91.6%) the effectiveness against infection dropped for the month of July to 42%. Breaking data down by states, Florida showed the biggest drop, down to 35% effective.
