WJ Clinton used the slogan MAG. He told Trump to run to be a pied piper for Hillary, it back fired.
Trump will always win for name recognition alone.
DeSantis is not as well known in name recognition and the left hate him like Trump. Independents are wary of him being another Dubya. Can anyone show his record on the Iraq wars? Is he a neocon?
You could put any famous celeb in the spot they would win over a DeSantis.

How has Romney's name continued to float as a candidate for more than a decade now? He's going to be the Republican version of Biden, a mediocre senator and failed presidential candidate that hung around DC for decades and they're going to trot him out in 2040 for one last ride.

Why are polling outfits that did so poorly the last few election cycles still in business?
