This is pretty much where I stand on it. I don't like the guy, I think fetish intercourse is stupid and wrong, but I don't think anything happened that wasn't consensual, and those messages are exactly why. It has all the appearances of a money grabbing opportunist.
Some people are acting like his decision to plead the fifth is a sign of guilt, but I think it's more likely that his lawyers know he's got a big mouth and they don't figure talking is ever in his best interests.
