And that is probably the single BIGGEST problem of them all. Most people don't stay active enough to compensate for the amount of carbs/calories they consume.

My grandfather has eaten a ham and pimento cheese sandwich on white bread nearly every single day for lunch for as long as I can remember. Which is well over 30 years. He will be 90 in September.

With a side of plain Golden Flake chips and a glass of milk or tea.
