Why does Popeyes have such sh!tty employees?

I’m sure they get lucky and hire a decent one now & then, but Popeyes easily has the worst overall employees of any service industry business.

Popeyes on Government teamed up with the road diet planners to screw everyone trying to go west at lunchtime. Mile long backup because people are trying to turn into Popeyes and there’s no way to go around.
