Without any training beyond what you have right now? Just getting out of the recliner and competing.

None.

Boxing is probably my best bet, but they are going to have much much better cardio than me, so I'd have to get a haymaker in and an early KO.

I'd say any of the fighting sports. I've been in tons of fights with chicks and I'm undefeated.

Rugby is the easiest answer. I’d destroy the women on a rugby team.

I would like to give the 50 meter freestyle a try too, not saying I could win, but it would be fun to try.

Basketball or gymnastics. Basically anything that I would get a gold medal for being an alternate and sitting the bench the entire time. I’m great at that

titan grader

You're right. It's 663lbs.

How could a bar and non awkward lift possibly help add 20lbs

Weightlifting would be the top weight class

I was a pretty accomplished high school Olympic lifter (won statewide meet in my weight class) and those girls’ totals absolutely shite on mine in my prime. They’re juiced to the gills and extremely strong for being juiced. I know men who could medal in the women’s division, but they’re all Olympic, junior Olympic, or worlds caliber lifters themselves

Am I the only one that finds women's basketball extremely painful to watch? God, they throw up a lot of bricks. The shooting is just awful.

Not off the couch, but there is a guy on here that in his college prime could have medaled in most of the women's swimming events. Verifiable with swim times database at USA Swimming.

Ledecky is the greatest female swimmer of all time, and she would have barely qualified for the Division I nationals. Wouldn't have come close to placing. And she's the best.

Ledecky's best event is the "mile" which is 1500 in the Olympics and 1650 yards in HS/college. She has the world record for women in the 1650 at 15:07.70. Keep in mind that this is her best event.

47 men's swimmers beat that time in Division I this year. She would have finished 29th at nationals out of 37 swimmers/..

I suspect there are plenty people who could beat the women's WR in the 100M sprint.

I'm sure you are joking. The Women's WR is 10.49 in the 100m. Since a lot of male athletes in traditional sports (i.e., football players) run the 40 yard and not the 100m there have been studies done to try and correlate the two. On average it's estimated that a 10.49 100m would convert to around a 4.35 40 yard dash. There are a handful of NFL guys at the combine each year that could do this with a little extra training at that distance. NOBODY on the OT could do this.

The guy you were responding too expressly mentioned handball.

You selectively chose the least physically demanding sport of air rifle shooting in all of the Olympics to try and make your point. I’m not saying air rifle shooting is easy, it just doesn’t take a world class elite athlete (strength, speed, stamina, coordination, all potentially combined) to win it.

Race walking. Just imagine you have to poo before your flight and you're 8 terminals away from the nearest bathroom not being cleaned.

Man y’all are all crazy even mentioning weightlifting. The heavyweight Chinese female that won gold, snatched 310 pounds and clean and jerked almost 400 pounds.
