We are in clown world for sure. Although I would point out,. based on the fact that whomever he’s visiting has that same get-up on, that it’s possible he’s wearing the same thing out of respect for his host country.

I posted it here when Covid first hit. The best thing about this whole panic is that it demonstrates the truth of 'Risk Homeostasis' or risk tolerance.
